퀘벡주의 제프리 석면광산에 경영 정상화를 위해 퀘벡주가 58백만달러의 지원금을 지원하기로 한 것을 취소해 달라는 것이 주 내용입니다. 제프리 광산은 향후 25~50년간 이십만톤의 석면을 아시아와 기타 지역으로 수출할 예정이며 이미 2009년에는 캐나다 석면 수출량의 89%가 아시아 지역이라고 합니다.
